The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index Developed as an Independent Evaluation Framework

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 국내외 일부 기관의 평가모형과 기준을 참고하고 다양한 국제기준과 연구자료를 종합적으로 검토하여 개발한 독자적인 책임경영지수이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an independent Responsible Management Index developed by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC). During its development, SEC referred to the evaluation models and standards of selected domestic and international organizations while comprehensively reviewing a wide range of international standards and research materials to establish its own evaluation framework.

 

WFSRI는 ESG(Environmental, Social, Governance)의 기본 철학을 존중하면서 책임경영(Responsible Management), 지속가능성(Sustainability), 공공가치(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 혁신(Innovation), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 미래 경쟁력(Future Competitiveness) 및 장기 가치창출(Long-Term Value Creation)을 보다 종합적이고 미래지향적인 관점에서 평가하도록 설계되었다.

WFSRI respects the fundamental philosophy of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) while providing a comprehensive and future-oriented evaluation of Responsible Management, Sustainability, Public Value, Social Value, Innovation, Protection of Future Generations, Future Competitiveness, and Long-Term Value Creation.

 

기존 ESG 평가가 비재무 성과와 위험관리 중심으로 발전해 왔다면, WFSRI는 조직의 지속가능성과 책임경영 수준뿐 아니라 미래 대응 역량, 혁신역량 및 장기 가치창출 역량까지 종합적으로 평가하는 책임경영 평가체계를 제시한다.

While conventional ESG assessments have primarily focused on non-financial performance and risk management, WFSRI provides a Responsible Management evaluation framework that comprehensively assesses organizational sustainability, Responsible Management performance, future readiness, innovation capability, and long-term value creation.

WFSRI는 단순히 평가 결과를 산출하기 위한 지수가 아니라 책임경영 평가의 철학과 방법론, 평가체계 및 운영원칙을 통합한 종합적인 책임경영 평가 프레임워크이다.

WFSRI is not merely an index for producing evaluation results. It is a comprehensive Responsible Management evaluation framework integrating evaluation philosophy, methodology, evaluation architecture, and operational principles.

 

WFSRI는 책임경영 평가철학(Responsible Management Evaluation Philosophy), SEC 평가방법론(SEC Evaluation Methodology), 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains), 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars), SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators)), SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))를 하나의 체계로 통합하고 있다.

WFSRI integrates the Responsible Management Evaluation Philosophy, the SEC Evaluation Methodology, the 6 Major Evaluation Domains, the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars, the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators), and the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs) into a unified evaluation framework.

 

SEC의 모든 책임경영 평가는 WFSRI에 구축된 평가철학과 평가방법론 및 평가체계를 기반으로 수행된다.

All Responsible Management evaluations conducted by SEC are based on the evaluation philosophy, methodology, and evaluation framework established within WFSRI.

 

SEC의 평가체계는 국내외 일부 기관의 평가모형과 기준, 다양한 국제기준 및 연구자료를 종합적으로 검토하여 WFSRI 개발 과정에서 독자적으로 구축되었다.

The SEC evaluation framework was independently established during the development of WFSRI through a comprehensive review of selected domestic and international evaluation models, international standards, and research materials.

평가는 SEC 평가방법론을 기반으로 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains), 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars), SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators)) 및 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))로 구성된다.

Based on the SEC Evaluation Methodology, the evaluation is structured around the 6 Major Evaluation Domains, the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars, the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators), and the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs).

 

이러한 평가체계는 조직의 정책과 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 균형 있게 평가하도록 설계되었으며, 현재의 성과뿐 아니라 미래 경쟁력까지 함께 고려한다.

This evaluation framework is designed to assess organizational policies, governance systems, operational performance, and continuous improvement in a balanced manner while considering not only current performance but also future competitiveness.
