WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 ESG(Environmental, Social and Governance)의 기본 철학을 바탕으로 책임경영(Responsible Management), 지속가능성(Sustainability), 미래 경쟁력(Future Competitiveness), 혁신(Innovation), 장기 가치창출(Long-Term Value Creation), 공공가치(Public Value) 및 사회적 가치(Social Value)를 종합적으로 평가하기 위한 SEC의 공식 책임경영 평가 프레임워크(Responsible Management Evaluation Framework)이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is SEC's official Responsible Management Evaluation Framework, based on the fundamental philosophy of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), while comprehensively evaluating Responsible Management, Sustainability, Future Competitiveness, Innovation, Long-Term Value Creation, Public Value, and Social Value.

 

또한 WFSRI는 표준화된 SEC 평가방법론(SEC Evaluation Methodology)을 기반으로 기업과 공공기관의 현재 수준뿐 아니라 미래 성장 가능성과 지속가능한 발전 역량까지 함께 평가한다.

Supported by the standardized SEC Evaluation Methodology, WFSRI evaluates not only the current performance of corporations and public institutions but also their future growth potential and capacity for sustainable development.

 

이러한 책임경영 평가 프레임워크는 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)을 중심으로 구성되며, 각 평가부문은 독립적인 역할을 수행하는 동시에 상호 유기적으로 연계되어 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.

The Responsible Management Evaluation Framework is structured around the 6 Major Evaluation Domains. Each domain performs an independent role while remaining systematically interconnected to provide a comprehensive assessment of Responsible Management performance.

 

6대 평가부문은 다시 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars), SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators)) 및 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))와 연계되어 객관적이고 일관된 책임경영 평가를 수행한다.

The 6 Major Evaluation Domains are further supported by the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars, the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators), and the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs), providing an objective, consistent, and systematic Responsible Management evaluation framework.

친환경 기술 개발과 혁신, 탄소중립 실천, 에너지 효율 향상, 기후변화 대응 역량 및 미래세대를 위한 지속가능한 환경책임 이행 수준을 종합적으로 평가한다.

Evaluates eco-friendly technology development and innovation, carbon neutrality practices, energy efficiency, climate change response capabilities, and the fulfillment of sustainable environmental responsibilities for future generations.

 

 

Ⅱ. 환경 개선 및 지속가능경영

환경경영 체계 구축, 미래세대 환경보호, 지속가능한 투자, ESG 운영체계, 안전·보건 중심의 건강한 조직환경 조성 및 지속가능경영 역량을 종합적으로 평가한다.

Ⅴ. 이사회·감사위원회의 구성 및 역할

이사회와 감사위원회의 독립성과 역할, 윤리경영, 준법경영, 회계투명성, 내부통제, 재무건전성 및 지속가능한 리스크 관리 수준을 종합적으로 평가한다.

Evaluates the independence and roles of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, together with ethical management, compliance management, accounting transparency, internal controls, financial soundness, and sustainable risk management.

The 6 Major Evaluation Domains constitute the core structure of SEC's official Responsible Management Evaluation Framework, comprehensively assessing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors together with Responsible Management, Sustainability, Future Competitiveness, Innovation, Long-Term Value Creation, Public Value, and Social Value.

 

평가결과는 SEC WFSRI Rating, SEC WFSRI Certification, SEC Analysis, 연구(Research) 및 정책개발(Policy Development)의 기초자료로 활용되며, 기업과 공공기관의 지속적인 책임경영 수준 향상과 장기적인 경쟁력 강화를 지원한다.

The evaluation results serve as the foundation for the SEC WFSRI Rating, SEC WFSRI Certification, SEC Analysis, Research, and Policy Development, supporting continuous improvement in Responsible Management and the long-term competitiveness of corporations and public institutions.
